Ten minutes with Artemis
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my tenacity and resourcefulness, which have consistently enabled me to overcome challenges, adapt to changing circumstances, and find effective solutions in both professional and personal settings.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is to do what I love, because when I am genuinely passionate about my work, I am more likely to stay committed, persevere through challenges, and find long-term fulfillment in my career.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would advise young women entering my industry to be prepared to stand out and develop a strong sense of individuality while also taking the time to fully understand the field. Earning the necessary certifications early on is essential, as it builds a strong foundation for long-term growth and credibility. I also believe in the importance of continuous learning and sharing knowledge, as I have supported other coaches by providing resources and guidance to help them become more well-rounded professionals—even if they eventually surpass me, which I see as a positive outcome. Equally important is building genuine relationships within the community, maintaining professionalism, and leading with respect and kindness, even in competitive environments.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge and opportunity in my field right now is identifying and pursuing new avenues to support, develop, and inspire others. This requires staying adaptable, continuously seeking growth, and being intentional about creating meaningful impact within the communities I serve.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
My faith in YeHoVah (God) and Yeshua (Jesus) is the foundation of my values and guides how I show up in both my personal and professional life. It inspires me to strive to be my best and to consistently treat others with the same respect, kindness, and dignity that I would want for myself.
