Her Interview
Ten minutes with Arwa
01What do you attribute your success to?
My husband is my best friend and we talk about everything. Having a strong support system from family, in-laws, and colleagues at EYP who understand my situation as working parents has helped me stay focused and driven. They act like unlicensed therapists throughout my life.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
If it's something that you're passionate about, go for it. Don't think about where you are in your life or career. If you have a dream, go for it. It made me tougher and stronger.
03What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The use of AI and how to integrate it without it taking over. Managing AI usage while still using critical thinking skills and setting up guardrails, both professionally with healthcare clients and personally with kids.
