She is especially passionate about empowering women—particularly African American women—to create financial stability, peace of mind, and opportunities for future generations. Her Interview
Ten minutes with Aryana
01What do you attribute your success to?
Unshakable belief in the power of mindset
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Believe in yourself and never underestimate what you're capable of doing. Every day I challenge myself to expand and stretch. I give myself pep talks reminding myself of past accomplishments. Focus on what you really want and go after it without making excuses.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Go for it, now is the time. Things have changed so much. Surround yourself with people doing what you want to do. Have a role model and live up to your dreams. Keep dreaming and keep doing what you love to do.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
It was male-dominated and I rarely saw a female in my class, especially as an African American woman. Training involved door-knocking which didn't fit Southern culture. I discovered networking and social media as better ways. Determination to find your own way without giving up opens new opportunities.
