Ashana Kaiulani
Ashana Kaiulani is a trauma recovery coach, keynote speaker, and founder of Way Home Wellness, a platform dedicated to supporting women in healing from narcissistic abuse and betrayal trauma. Drawing on her personal journey from codependency and trauma to grounded peace and self-trust, Ashana specializes in guiding women to untangle from trauma bonds, regulate their nervous systems, and reclaim their voice and autonomy. Through her work, she empowers clients to rediscover their inherent worth and rebuild their lives from a place of strength and authenticity.
As the host of *The Reclamation Room Podcast*, Ashana facilitates unfiltered conversations about trauma, healing, and personal growth, offering insights grounded in both lived experience and professional expertise. She also designs and leads workshops and group programs, such as her signature *Journey to Self*, helping participants cultivate practical skills in self-compassion, boundary-setting, and nervous system regulation. Her work emphasizes holistic, trauma-informed approaches that honor the complexity of recovery and personal transformation.
In addition to coaching and podcasting, Ashana brings her voice to stages as a keynote speaker, delivering relatable and impactful talks on post-traumatic growth, self-trust, and peaceful accountability. Whether through one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, or public speaking, her mission remains consistent: to create spaces where women feel deeply seen, understood, and empowered to reclaim their peace, rise from adversity, and lead lives aligned with their truth.

What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to being willing to make sacrifices and maintain balance while pursuing excellence beyond my comfort zone.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to walk away from things that no longer feel aligned for you! Change does not only mean loss. It can also mean growth.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
It's so easy to talk about concepts like nervous system regulation, trauma-informed practices, and mindfulness, but I find that a lot of the conversations in my field are still pathologizing a lot of the human experience. Emotions are seen as symptoms and not wisdom-bringers. Healing has become a destination and a buzz-word. I'm here to help shed light on the power of vulnerability, raw truth, and self-compassion. Without these, we will never feel safe to be our fully authentic selves.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are a love for nature and outdoor activities, like roller skating and hiking, and the practice of disconnecting from technology to reconnect with the natural world.
