With a decade in technology and one year building my SaaS platform, I manage marketing, business development, content, and community growth. I launched with a 400-person waitlist from my network and scaled to 2,000 members organically. My background includes corporate project management experience before transitioning to entrepreneurship.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to community and having an engaging product focused on growth. Building from my own network created a waitlist of 400 people before launch, and the supportive members behind the platform have been key.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best advice was don't plan too much. I learned to just get started and focus on execution rather than perfect planning, even as someone from a project management background.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Just get started and trust yourself. As women, we are natural planners, but the willpower to begin and knowing your ideas are needed is crucial.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenge is staying agile with ever-changing technology, especially AI features. Product development and learning what members want while keeping up with advances is key, but a strong community helps overcome this.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Flexibility, ownership, and community are most important. Ownership means accountability over your career, and flexibility allows creating the life you want. Community is central to product, philanthropy, and everything.
