Ashlee Laroue, BSN, RN
Ashlee Laroue, BSN, RN, is the Founder and CEO of FertilitEase LLC, a concierge fertility education and support service she launched in April 2025. With over 12 years of exclusive experience in women’s health, she has worked in labor and delivery, maternal fetal medicine, and fertility care. Her career began in 2014 as a labor and delivery nurse at INOVA, later transitioning to maternal fetal medicine with Kaiser Permanente, and then spending several years at CCRM Fertility, where she served as a fertility nurse coordinator, clinical and surgical nurse manager, and most recently, clinical nurse educator and fertility education specialist. Drawing on everything she learned in these roles, Ashlee built FertilitEase to bridge the gap between medical expertise and patient understanding.
Ashlee’s work centers on helping individuals and couples navigate their fertility journey with clarity, confidence, and compassion. She recognizes that reproductive health can be complex and often overwhelming, especially when medical terminology and treatment plans feel foreign. Through personalized consultations, one-on-one education, and ongoing support, she ensures her clients have the tools and knowledge they need to make empowered healthcare decisions. Her approach blends evidence-based medicine with a deeply personal commitment to understanding each client’s unique needs.
Before founding FertilitEase, Ashlee built a reputation as a skilled educator and compassionate nurse, earning the trust of patients, physicians, and care teams alike. She is an active member of the American Society for Reproductive Medicine (ASRM) and serves within the Nurse Professional Group (NPG) of the organization, where she continues to contribute her expertise to advancing the field. In addition to her professional roles, she has embraced marketing, networking, and business development, leveraging her healthcare background to grow her company and reach more people in need of specialized fertility support.
Ashlee graduated Summa Cum Laude from The George Washington University with her BSN. Originally from Michigan, she now lives in Franklin, Tennessee, with her husband of 13 years and their spirited Cairn Terrier, Chester. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, reading, and exploring new cuisines as a self-proclaimed foodie.
