Ashleigh Dominguez, MS, BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and entrepreneur dedicated to transforming the way families experience behavioral health services. She began her career helping children with autism, where she quickly recognized the shortcomings of traditional, high-caseload clinical models. Driven to create more effective and compassionate care, Ashleigh founded Ashleigh Behavior Analysis, LLC, where she leverages AI and a parent-focused service approach to deliver personalized, outcome-based solutions.

Beyond her clinical practice, Ashleigh serves as Secretary for the Society for the Expansion of Behavior Analysis, where she advocates for broadening the reach of behavior analysis across disciplines.
