Ashleigh Drakeford

Ashleigh Drakeford serves as Senior HRIS / operations partner at DCL Pigments, where she manages HR systems and operations on a global scale. She supports employees in the United States, the Netherlands, Singapore, and Canada by tracking headcount, ensuring accurate data flow in systems such as BambooHR, preparing total reward statements, overseeing compensation cycles including self-assessments and merit processes, and handling severance tracking. Drakeford began her HR career in 2014 as an HR Generalist at Gym Restaurants, a franchise company, before moving to recruiting support at MUSC and then entering manufacturing in 2017 at Volvo Cars near Charleston, South Carolina. There she built a strong affinity for employee engagement on the production floor and systems work involving Excel and implementations. Her path led her to focus on HRIS and operations, where she values connecting with leaders and employees while deepening expertise in integrations, APIs, and international HR processes.
