With a strong foundation in clinical healthcare and a passion for improving patient outcomes, she specializes in building strategic partnerships with physicians, wound care specialists, therapists, and healthcare organizations. Her expertise includes territory development, account growth, patient education, and medical device sales, with a focus on innovative solutions for patients living with lymphedema and related conditions.

Before transitioning into medical device sales, Ashleigh spent several years working as a Registered Medical Assistant across a variety of medical specialties. Through those experiences, she developed a deep understanding of patient care and cultivated strong relationships with healthcare providers and medical device representatives. Inspired by the impact of medical technology on patient outcomes, she entered the medical device industry just prior to the COVID-19 pandemic. Her exceptional performance quickly set her apart, consistently exceeding sales goals and earning a promotion from Associate Territory Manager to Territory Manager.

Today, Ashleigh combines her clinical background with her sales leadership expertise to support healthcare providers and patients throughout her territory.
