Ashleigh Wittkamp is an accomplished banking professional currently serving as the New Market Success Manager at RadiFi Credit Union. With over 20 years of experience in retail banking, Ashleigh brings a proven track record of leadership, customer service excellence, and strategic growth. In her current role, she leads initiatives to expand RadiFi’s presence in new markets, focusing on relationship-building, community engagement, and delivering value-driven financial solutions.
Prior to joining RadiFi, Ashleigh held key leadership positions at PNC, Regions Bank, SunTrust, and Wells Fargo. Throughout her career, she has developed a deep expertise in branch operations, risk management, and team development, earning a reputation for building high-performing teams and fostering strong client relationships. Her customer-first approach and ability to drive performance have consistently contributed to organizational success.
Ashleigh is a graduate of Florida State College at Jacksonville and is passionate about professional development and community impact. What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to my passion for helping people achieve their dreams—whether that’s buying a home, planning a wedding, traveling, or investing in their future. I’m also deeply committed to coaching and developing others to reach their full potential. One of my proudest accomplishments has been launching a new location from the ground up and seeing it thrive. As we approach our one-year anniversary, reflecting on that journey is both humbling and rewarding. Being featured in a recent commercial was the icing on the cake and a reminder of how far we've come.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is: **never give up—another door will open, and timing is everything**. Keep pushing forward, even when things don’t go as planned. Surround yourself with mentors, stay close to those who inspire you, and don’t be afraid to ask questions or take up space. One day, you’ll find that you’ve become the very person who once inspired you.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that matter most to me—both in my work and personal life—are **service, connection, and authenticity**. I’m passionate about giving back through community outreach, whether it’s raising funds for school supplies, supporting homeless shelters, organizing blood drives, or leading local fundraisers. Outside of work, I find peace and inspiration in nature—hiking, camping, photographing wildlife and plants, cruising in my Thunderbird, or relaxing by the beach. Living with purpose and staying grounded in the things that bring me joy keeps me centered and motivated to make a positive impact.
