What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the hands-on experience I gained early in my career, where I saw firsthand how personalized neuroplasticity plans and targeted supplements can transform cognition, emotional balance, and overall well-being. My dedication to helping people build clarity, confidence, and consistency—especially first responders and governmental workers—continues to drive my growth and expansion today.
What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My advice to young women entering this industry is to invest in your mind every single day—your brain is your operating system and strengthening it will elevate every part of your life. Develop deep self-awareness, because when you understand your own patterns and triggers, you gain the power to lead your life instead of simply reacting to it.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest challenges in my field is helping people understand that neuroplasticity isn’t a quick fix—true transformation requires consistency, discipline, and a willingness to change deeply ingrained habits, especially for first responders and government workers who carry significant stress and trauma. At the same time, there’s a tremendous opportunity to expand awareness around brain health and show communities how daily mental habits, supplements, and neuroplasticity exercises can completely reshape their emotional resilience and overall well-being.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me are wellness, discipline, and intentional daily practice—both in my work and personal life. Meditation, affirmations, and structured routines help me and my clients manage stress and strengthen emotional intelligence, while training, jiu-jitsu, and dancing keep me grounded, balanced, and fulfilled outside of work.
