Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to the fire I’ve learned to build within myself. For me, success starts with the belief that you are capable of more, even before the results show up. I’ve made a choice to keep pushing, to stay committed to my growth, and to trust the gifts I bring to the world. Every challenge has taught me something, and every setback has pushed me to rise even stronger.

I don’t wait for someone else to validate my path. I define my own success. I remind myself that showing up, staying resilient, and refusing to give up is what creates real momentum. That mindset is what drives me: knowing that who I become through the process matters just as much as what I achieve.

My success is rooted in choosing to believe in myself, choosing to keep going, and choosing to grow, no matter what.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is to be intentional and be authentic in who you are. Your personality is dynamic, and when you lead with confidence, you naturally nurture and uplift others.

As a leader, it’s not about focusing on yourself it’s about guiding, empowering, and energizing the people around you. When you show up as your genuine self and lead with purpose, you create an environment where others can thrive.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to embrace evolution—don’t be afraid to grow and explore new opportunities within your role. Stay curious, adapt to changes in the industry, and keep up with emerging technologies. Equally important is building and nurturing professional relationships. Networking is essential in media and advertising; often, it’s not just what you know, but who you know. Stay open to new connections and collaborations—they can open doors you never anticipated.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges in our field is how fast the media landscape is changing. Audiences are everywhere; streaming, social, digital, and traditional and businesses now expect clear, measurable proof that their advertising is working. They want transparency, real data, and consistent results across every platform.

The good news is that these expectations also create opportunity. With stronger digital tools and better tracking, we can show real performance and pair those insights with trusted media brands and strong storytelling. This lets us offer more strategic, integrated solutions instead of just selling ad space.

In short: the environment is moving quickly, but the data and technology we have today put us in a great position to meet client expectations and deliver real value.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

When I reflect on the values that guide my life, I see them as the foundation of who I am, how I show up for others, how I lead, and how I navigate the moments that shape me. These values are not abstract ideas to me; they are lived, day to day commitments that influence how I think, how I work, and how I care for the people around me. Integrity is the value I hold closest. I want the people in my life, professionally and personally, to feel that they can trust me fully. Being honest, transparent, and consistent matters deeply to me, especially when situations are challenging or uncomfortable. Integrity gives my decisions clarity and gives others confidence in who I am. I also place a strong emphasis on reliability. There is something meaningful about being the person others know they can count on, the person who follows through, who remembers details, who carries their responsibilities with intention. To me, reliability is not about perfection; it is about being present, committed, and steady in a world that can be unpredictable.

Respect and empathy guide the way I build relationships. I believe in treating people with kindness, listening with intention, and taking the time to understand different perspectives. I know how much it means to feel heard, and I try to create that same sense of safety and connection for others.

Another value that shapes me is growth. I am genuinely motivated by the idea of becoming a better version of myself, learning from experience, embracing challenges, and staying open to change. Growth is not always comfortable, but it is always worthwhile. It reflects my desire to evolve both as a person and as a leader.

Finally, I have come to deeply value balance. I care about my work, and I put my heart into it, but I also recognize the importance of protecting the people and moments that recharge me. Finding balance helps me stay grounded, focused, and present. It reminds me that a fulfilled life is not only about achievement, it is about being connected, healthy, and emotionally aligned with what matters most. Together, these values, integrity, reliability, respect, growth, and balance, shape the way I move through the world. They guide my decisions, my relationships, and the goals I set for my future. They reflect the person I strive to be every day and the kind of impact I hope to make on the people around me.
