Ashley Aucker

Ashley Aucker is a communications and nonprofit engagement professional with about 15 years of experience in the nonprofit sector. She currently works in the fundraising development space at Help One Now, where she shares the organization's mission of helping families living in extreme poverty in developing countries lift themselves out of poverty. Her role involves engaging communities across the St. Louis area and Midwest by sharing stories and inviting participation through travel, giving, events, or learning more. Previously, she spent about 10 years working for a church, starting with a desire to serve communities and progressing into full-time communications after obtaining her Master's in Strategic Communication and Leadership, which she completed in 2020. She holds a degree in Christian Ministries with a minor in church music from her college studies. Ashley's background combines nonprofit communications, content strategy, community engagement, and international development work, including mentoring others on sustainable growth practices during travels to countries such as the Dominican Republic and Belize.
