She is an agriculture entrepreneur, farm labor innovator, and agronomy professional with experience in farm operations, agricultural technology, business development, and crop support. She is the founder of Farmhand on Demand, a platform connecting farm and ranch owners with flexible agricultural workers for seasonal labor, livestock handling, planting, harvest, and short-term farm help. Her background includes hands-on work at her family’s farm, GKS Farms, as well as roles with Midwest Laboratories, Northeast Community College, and Green Line Equipment, where she supported growers through agronomy, precision farming, training, and technology adoption.
