Currently serving as Vice President of Account Management at Connect America, she leads customer strategy and the National Account Management organization across all healthcare business segments, with a focus on retention, growth, and long-term value creation. In this role, she oversees national account initiatives, builds trusted executive relationships with health systems and payer organizations, and develops scalable frameworks that link client success to organizational growth objectives. She is also the Founder of MISSIONFORWARD CONSULTING, LLC, a leadership development organization where she has equipped over 250 organizations across 17 states, trained 561 emerging leaders, and facilitated 180+ executive coaching sessions. Prior to these roles, she served as Chief Operating Officer at Anchor Bend, where she oversaw strategic planning, team development, and multi-million-dollar initiatives, driving $9M+ in annual giving and launching a leadership academy that graduated 252 students. Her corporate healthcare leadership includes roles as Regional VP of Post Acute Sales at Medtronic, where she secured $4M+ in contracted revenue, and Vice President of Sales at Bosch Healthcare Solutions. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Lamar University.
