The best career advice I’ve ever received is that ‘it’s not who you know, but who knows you.’ This perspective has profoundly shaped the way I approach both my professional and personal life. I’ve learned that building genuine relationships, rooted in trust, respect, and meaningful connection, creates opportunities that cannot be planned or predicted. At the same time, one of the biggest challenges is the limited number of positions available, which makes the field highly competitive. This means that those entering the industry must be strategic, adaptable, and committed to lifelong learning. I see these challenges as opportunities to stand out by bringing passion, creativity, and resilience to every role.
