About Ashley
Ashley Blevins serves as Chief Revenue and Marketing Officer at OstermanCron, a commercial furniture dealership based in Cincinnati, Ohio, where she leads revenue, marketing, and sales operations for clients spanning universities, healthcare systems, and corporate organizations. With more than 16 years in marketing and sales, she has built her career around strong dealer and customer relationships, guiding her teams through a collaborative, trial-and-error approach that uncovers what truly works. Before stepping into her current role, she held senior sales leadership positions at manufacturing firms within the same industry, including Via Seating and GMi Companies, where she oversaw national representative networks and built a reputation for developing high-performing teams.
A graduate of Mount St. Joseph University in Cincinnati, Blevins earned her degree in Graphic Design with minors in Art History and Photography, graduating cum laude and competing as a collegiate volleyball player. That creative foundation has shaped her approach to marketing and brand development throughout her career, even as she transitioned into sales and executive leadership. She is a certified presenter of multiple continuing education units, regularly sharing her expertise with the industry through training and thought leadership, and she credits mentorship and lifelong learning as central drivers of her professional growth.
Beyond her corporate role, Blevins is deeply engaged in community leadership, serving as Vice Chair of the Northern Kentucky Women's Initiative, sitting on the Beech Acres Parenting Center's committees, and holding a board seat at her alma mater, Mount St. Joseph University. She was recently recognized as an Influential Woman representing Cincinnati, Ohio. Outside of work, she lives on a country property north of Cincinnati with her husband and two daughters, where the family enjoys fishing, hiking, and the outdoors together; she also coaches her daughters' club volleyball teams and remains an avid supporter of Ohio State and Pittsburgh Steelers football.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentors who believed in me and pushed me toward new opportunities, my willingness to try things without letting the fear of failure hold me back, my ongoing commitment to learning, and the steady support of my husband throughout my career.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The most valuable advice I've received is that you'll never know what's on the other side unless you're willing to try something new. That single idea sparked my fearless approach to both my career and the way I lead today.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I'd encourage young women entering this field to think beyond the traditional path and consider areas like STEM and construction that are often overlooked. Stay driven to deliver results, keep learning, and don't be afraid to put yourself out there, ask questions, and take risks. Our industry is largely made up of women, yet we remain underrepresented in executive leadership, so I encourage the next generation to explore different roles early on, since those early experiences are often how you discover what you're truly passionate about.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
One of the biggest opportunities in our field is closing the gap in executive leadership representation. While women make up much of the workforce in this industry, very few hold senior leadership roles, so building stronger leadership pipelines, recruiting driven talent, and encouraging technical and STEM skills are key priorities. At my own organization, we're also focused heavily on hiring and scaling the team to support continued growth.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Fearlessness, transparency, and vulnerability guide everything I do, both professionally and personally. Being fearless means I'm not afraid to fail; I lead with transparency by always explaining the "why" behind decisions, and I try to stay open and vulnerable, which allows me to lead with empathy.
