Ten minutes with Ashley
01What do you attribute your success to?
I think a lot of it has to do with being invested in the relationship, feeling like it's a true partnership. Follow through is key - when you tell the client you're going to do something, circle back to make sure it's resolved. Being invested makes the client feel their relationship is important.
02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
The most important advice is to not be afraid to ask questions and to rely on the people you work with. You have to talk to people, collaborate, get into meetings, shadow others to truly understand. Be open to communicating with others.
