Her Interview
Ten minutes with Ashley
01What do you attribute your success to?
I attribute my success to the mentors and leaders who encouraged me to explore diverse marketing roles early in my career. Their guidance and support helped shape my skills, broaden my perspective, and foster my professional growth.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve received is that no one will manage my career as well as I can. It reminded me to take ownership of my growth, advocate for myself, and actively pursue opportunities that align with my goals.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Don't be afraid to be creative. Marketing is always evolving. There's no one right way to do it. And ask for help and support when you need it. There are lots of opportunities that can be found by just asking for them.
04What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
The biggest challenges change every day in a very dynamic landscape both in telehealth and in marketing as a whole. Keeping up with the latest tech as well as customer behavior is always changing.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Authenticity, transparency and integrity. I want to always work and surround myself with people who are themselves and who bring that transparency and integrity to their work.
