About Ashley
Ashley Crocker is the Vice President of Operations at Airtopia Adventure Parks in San Antonio, Texas. Ashley’s entry into the family entertainment industry was born out of a personal mission; after her daughter sustained an injury at a local family entertainment center, she became deeply driven to transform safety protocols and operational standards from the inside out.
Beginning her trajectory as an Assistant General Manager, Ashley’s leadership caught the attention of Airtopia during an acquisition. She quickly advanced to General Manager, Regional Director, and ultimately to VP of Operations. Forging her path without a traditional college degree, Ashley has been a key contributor in scaling Airtopia from a single park to six thriving locations, while successfully building and mentoring teams of 50 or more employees.
Professionally certified in trampoline safety, Ashley attributes her relentless drive to a strong work ethic instilled by her father. She is deeply passionate about creating healthy cultures, fostering unforgettable guest experiences, and modeling Airtopia’s TOP TIER core values.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My commitment to a strong work ethic is something I owe entirely to my father’s example. Over the course of my career, I’ve channeled that drive into a deep passion for mentoring young people. Whether I am helping a family create an unforgettable guest experience or guiding a new employee as they take their first steps into the workforce, my goal is always to make a positive, lasting impact on the lives of others.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
"If you can't see it, you can't have it!" Build a clear vision for your life, set high standards and goals, believe in your potential with 100% conviction, and go after it relentlessly.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
To the young women entering this workforce: If you can’t see it, you can’t have it. Own your vision, set your goals, and believe in yourself 100%. You don’t need a flawless plan or a traditional background to make an impact—sometimes, just a mustard seed of faith is all it takes to move mountains and break barriers. You can absolutely do this.
