Ashley DePiano is an accomplished AI Business Automation Executive and the founder of Connectid, a company dedicated to helping businesses streamline operations, maximize marketing opportunities, and achieve unprecedented growth. With a sharp focus on AI-powered solutions, Ashley has developed systems that automate lead intake, follow-up, client communications, and operational workflows, allowing companies to run efficiently while delivering exceptional client experiences. Her expertise bridges technology, marketing, and business strategy, transforming the way small and medium-sized businesses operate.

Ashley began her professional journey in speech-language pathology, earning a Master of Science from Seton Hall University and a Bachelor of Science from The College of Saint Rose. While her academic background was rooted in healthcare, Ashley discovered her passion for digital solutions and business automation. She started by selling leads to local contractors and quickly recognized the systemic inefficiencies that caused opportunities to be lost. This insight inspired her to create standardized marketing and operational processes, culminating in the launch of Connectid, which now empowers businesses to optimize their systems, increase revenue, and regain control over their operations.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Ashley is deeply committed to her family and personal growth. She enjoys gardening, making homemade soaps, reading—particularly business and financial literature—and traveling, with Spain, Switzerland, and Italy among her favorite destinations. Ashley is also an engaged mother to two daughters and a bonus daughter, nurturing curiosity and creativity in her family while balancing a dynamic entrepreneurial career. Her innovative spirit and dedication continue to drive Connectid’s mission to revolutionize business automation and support clients in achieving sustainable success.
