About Ashley
Ashley Dixon is a Workforce Specialist at The Builders Association in Kansas City, Missouri. With eight years in the construction industry and one year and two months in her current role, she began her career at Clark Construction handling front desk, payroll, and badging duties before contributing to the KCI airport project through subcontractor coordination and the Strategic Partnership program. In her present position she leads workforce initiatives that include hosting field trips for fifth through twelfth graders at the association's 95,000 square foot facility, delivering STEM activities at schools, and guiding participants through apprenticeship pathways. Dixon also oversees the Success 360 program, educating small businesses on operational tools and facilitating networking with major general contractors. She earned her bachelor's degree in business management with an HR concentration from Baker University after graduating from Pascal High School in 2003 and holds OSHA and CPR certifications. Her professional affiliations include National Women in Construction, The Builders Association, and Northland Chambers.
