01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
I would just say perseverance. You know, moving forward in your career, because you get told no to something, doesn't mean you can't keep pushing forward until you get a yes to advance, or a yes to a new plan proposal you have. So, sometimes you need to tweak things, but just to keep persevering, and eventually you'll achieve your goals. Another part of that is always making sure you have a set goal and know the destination you want to go to. If you have a goal written down. You can take those steps, then, to make sure you're getting, you know, getting there along the way to achieve that goal. But if you don't know where you're going, it's hard to create a plan, so always make sure you have goals to strive for.
02What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
I would say one thing that is both a challenge and opportunity is embracing AI to scale the business. And to work more efficiently and faster. Where that's a challenge is, you know, I've been in this field for a long time, and AI is just starting to become part of our day-to-day at the office. So, for me, it's learning those tools to make sure I'm asking the correct prompts to be most successful. And I also think that's a really great opportunity for us, because so many companies are ready using AI tools, so if we can, you know, work more efficiently, save time on certain tasks, I think that would be an amazing opportunity.
