Ashley Golberding is a dedicated volunteer program leader, mental health advocate, and community builder based in Westfield, Indiana. With a career rooted in service, Ashley specializes in transforming underutilized volunteer programs into engaged, high-impact communities. In her current role as Volunteer Coordinator and Office Manager at Anchor of Hope Hospice, she has revitalized programs, quadrupled active volunteer rosters, and achieved five times the highest volunteer hours the organization had ever seen, bringing hope and connection to patients and their families.

One of the biggest challenges and opportunities in my field right now is recruiting the right people, focusing on quality over quantity to build strong, impactful teams.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values most important to me in my work and personal life are family, meaningful one-on-one connections, happiness, and creativity. I love spending time with my three children doing arts and crafts, enjoying music and karaoke, and pursuing my own interests like building websites, blogging, reading, and writing.
