She brings about a decade of experience to the position, with the last nine years spent in the tech industry before transitioning to consumer goods. Previously, at Reddit, she was brought on as senior program manager to build the company's first formal new graduate and rotational program for college talent, later advancing to lead and principal program manager. Her career began in finance operations, where she volunteered with early careers programs before making the switch to talent acquisition. Ashley holds a bachelor's degree in political science from Valdosta State University and a master's degree in public administration from the same institution, completed in 2014. She also completed an executive professional program through Yale University focused on organizational management and diversity in the corporate sector.
