01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Find your passion. That makes things easier. Getting up every day and like going to work, because if you have a passion for something, it doesn't seem like work. It just seems like you're fulfilling what you want to do. Find your passion or what your niche is in the field, because that will make things worth it.
