My advice to young women entering this industry is to be authentic and true to yourself—don’t feel pressured to fit a mold or emulate someone else’s path. Stay curious, ask questions, and embrace every opportunity to learn from those around you. Focus on building genuine relationships, seeking guidance, and continuously expanding your knowledge, because these connections and insights will be the foundation of your growth and success.
