About Ashley Hieu
Ashley Traylor is building her presence in the wellness industry after recently starting to invest in women and herself in this field. She draws on 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry working in clinical trials as a Trial Study Manager at a Japanese-owned company. Currently a PhD candidate in global women's health with a thesis on perimenopause and menopausal symptoms among Asian American women and telehealth utilization, she earned her undergraduate degree in 2006 and master's in 2019, targeting PhD completion in 2028. Traylor is developing products under her company The Beautiful Next, including the Menopause Nighttime Glove, a breathable lace glove made with medical-grade materials that monitors hot flashes overnight and may incorporate a cooling solution. Fluent in Vietnamese and English, she has provided educational trainings for the Vietnamese Association of Illinois and participates in community events in Florida through partnerships with the Vietnamese American Conservative alliance group. She is also a member of the Menopause Ambassador group at her company and emphasizes curiosity and following through on commitments as key advice for young women entering the field.
