I attribute my success to a combination of mentorship, a natural drive and ambition instilled by my family, and a persistent focus on serving people through active listening and continuous learning. Being a true people person has guided me in building strong relationships and achieving meaningful results.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

The biggest opportunities in my field right now are developing and expanding stablecoin and blockchain-based payment solutions, including B2B and cross-border use cases, such as Fiserv’s USFID initiative. The main challenges include building trust and regulatory clarity around cryptocurrency, while ensuring near-100% uptime for critical banking systems.

The values most important to me are faith and my relationship with God, service to others, and gratitude. In my work, I prioritize active listening, trust, and integrity in all professional relationships, while personally I value spending time with family, staying active through hiking and wall Pilates, and continually learning to better serve others.
