Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to always keeping the future in mind and striving to make a lasting impact, not only in my field but also in my family tree by passing on a meaningful legacy. My values—self-care, integrity, and a commitment to expertise—have guided me to stay true to myself, do what I love, and positively affect others. I encourage others to be confident, do their research, and find their niche, while I continue to navigate the challenge of uncertainty in where the industry is headed, remaining focused on creating value and leaving a lasting mark.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is to make space for yourself—both personally and professionally—so you can bring your best self forward. For me, taking long walks is a way to clear my mind, gain perspective, and reset, and I encourage others to find those practices that ground and re-energize them. I also believe it’s important to embrace your creativity and unique passions, whether that’s through design, building, or simply finding new ways to create solutions. This is an industry where knowledge and expertise matter, but so does authenticity. Stay true to yourself, trust your voice, and don’t be afraid to bring your own vision to the table—you’ll find that’s where real impact begins.
