I've had almost 30 years of experience in the media industry, and I've built deep connections, friendships, and relationships in so many different arenas - not just media, but sports industry and beyond. Living in New York and having so many people on my shows and meeting so many different people, I developed very tight, close connections. I'm just one of those people that does - I make friends easily. I'm basically a human rolodex. I'm that person where people say 'I got a person for that' or 'I got a guy for that.' My connections aren't just for TV - they're broad. I get people on Fox News, CNBC, Bloomberg, Fox Business, Newsmax, all local television stations, and podcasts. But I also get them in forums, on the covers of magazines, at speaking engagements globally. For example, I had one client speaking at the World Finance Forum for the Middle East in Abu Dhabi. My company, Pulse Media and PR, helps clients with national and global exposure - not just on TV, but with connections to investors and collaborators for their companies. My husband, who is also a news anchor, quit his job and now works with me as the CEO. I work from home most of the time, making phone calls, checking emails, setting up press releases, though I do travel to New York, DC, and other locations when I take people to stations and events.
