About Ashley
Ashley Kappos has been active in the real estate industry since 2017. She is affiliated with Florida Platinum Group and operates in Miami and Broward, Florida. Her career path began with acquisitions work for investors before shifting to residential real estate, where she has focused for several years. She is now expanding into commercial real estate as well. In addition to her real estate license, Ashley holds an associate's degree in diagnostic medical sonography from Kaiser University and has performed ultrasound services for the past five years. She maintains professional memberships with Phi Theta Kappa and the Miami Realtors Association. Ashley attributes her ongoing success to her children, who serve as her primary motivation and reason for perseverance in the field. She values honesty, integrity, reliability, and time management in both her professional and personal life.

01What do you attribute your success to?
My children motivate me to never stop. My why, my reason, my motive keeps me going in the field.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
When you're working, you need to have your why, your reason, your motive, because if not, you kind of lose sight of what you're doing all of this for.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Never give up. Dedication comes a long way. Ask a lot of questions. Work with a broker who is knowledgeable and willing to train, because a lot of people get into real estate without trainings or knowledge of transactions.
04What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Honesty, integrity, reliability, and time management are most important.
