About Ashley
My career journey began 8 years ago when I started working for a company that provided on-site furniture for families who lost their homes in disasters. Due to some family things, I pivoted my career to working in a local office doing office work. That's when somebody approached me about getting into the technical recruiting field, which really aligned with my background from previously working as a recruiter for a sorority. Over the past 8 years, I've been doing technical recruiting primarily, working for some of the staffing firms here in the Chicagoland area. One of my greatest accomplishments was while working at Addison Group, where I was able to place 3 to 4 people on their business intelligence team, which was a huge big deal for the company. I've always liked to try something new and have a lot of transferable skills, so I recently got my coaching certification and am now transitioning into coaching work, specifically for track and field. Looking ahead to the next 5 years, I'd like to be coaching primarily and have an at-home business where I could help individuals growing and potentially help other organizations as well.
