Her Interview

Ten minutes with Ashley

01What do you attribute your success to?

I think trust. People come to me with ideas, programs, and projects because they know that if they get me on board, we are going to do something amazing and the outcome will support the purpose, the mission, the people, the community. I work really hard to bring their idea to life and support those it was intended to support. My influence is measured by hard work, showing up, listening, and having amazing people around me that help turn ideas into programs.

02What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

Remember to take a moment and step back. Bring your family alongside you in your journey. Have them serve with you because family is super important. Remember to take your family with you. Time goes fast.
