HR leader with progressive experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, and HR business partnering. Currently a Regional HR Business Partner at Concorde Career Colleges (Jan 2026–present). Previously held HRBP roles at Integrity Marketing Group (2022–2025) and Liquid Environmental Solutions, where they led recruitment/retention for 250+ employees, onboarding, SOPs, compensation analysis, compliance reporting, and employee relations. Started in recruiting at Aerotek. Holds a BA in Public Relations/Marketing (UT Arlington) and is pursuing an MBA (Texas Wesleyan, expected Dec 2026).
