About Ashley

I am a commercial lending and business development professional with extensive experience in SBA lending, relationship management, and financial services, currently serving as VP and SBA Business Development Officer at Celtic Bank, a role I have held since September 2024, where I provide nationwide SBA 7(a), 504, and USDA lending solutions to support small businesses in achieving their growth and financing goals.

I also serve as President and Board Member of the Risk Management Association - Arizona Chapter, a part-time leadership role I have held since August 2019, where I contribute to the advancement of risk management practices and professional development in the financial services industry. Prior to this role, I served as Vice President and Relationship Manager at Arizona Capital Source for over six years, where I managed client relationships and drove business development, and as Business Development Officer at Business Development Finance Corporation for over four years, where I supported small business lending and development.

Earlier in my career, I served as President and Owner of Nuts and Stuff for over a year, a wholesale distribution company for wheel and tire accessories, where I gained entrepreneurial experience in business operations and distribution.

Across my career in commercial lending, business development, and entrepreneurship, my work has been driven by a commitment to supporting small businesses, building strong relationships, and advancing the financial services industry through leadership and professional development. Whether I am providing SBA lending solutions, serving as a board member, or running my own business, I bring a strategic mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and a dedication to creating lasting value for clients, colleagues, and the community. I am proud of the work I have done throughout my career and excited to continue supporting small businesses and advancing the financial services industry through my work at Celtic Bank and the Risk Management Association.
