Her Interview
Ten minutes with Ashley
01What do you attribute your success to?
I have a very hard work ethic. I like being able to help people who want to share this place with other people and keep it to the standard they want it to be. I kind of always grew up in vacation rental management here, so it seemed almost fated that I would end up here.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
Worst that can happen is you get a no. Unless you try. And if you don't say something, you can't expect change. You gotta try at everything, even if you're scared. You might be great at it, you never know.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Be hungry for the education. Learn something every day.
