About Ashley
As a mother of four boys ranging in age from 20 years old to 2 years old, I have spent much of my life mastering the art of adaptability, time management, conflict resolution, and problem-solving. Raising a family at different stages of life has taught me how to stay calm under pressure, prioritize what matters most, and find practical solutions to everyday challenges.
My professional journey has taken me through a variety of fields, including bar and restaurant management, corrections, education, staffing, and sales. Each experience has given me valuable insight into people, their unique needs, and the challenges they face. More importantly, it has strengthened my ability to connect with others, build trust, and help individuals make decisions that improve their lives.
I am passionate about helping people and believe that honesty, fairness, and consistency are not merely soft skills, but essential life principles. My faith and core values guide both my personal and professional life. I believe in standing behind my word, and I will never put my name on something I do not fully believe in. Whether working with clients, colleagues, or my community, I strive to lead with integrity, serve with purpose, and make a positive impact wherever I can.

01What do you attribute your success to?
I would have to attribute my success in this life to God for always seeing me through and opening the right doors at the right time, my grandmother for teaching me values and work ethic, having my first son so young, and my inability to let myself fail because I had another human being relying on me.
02What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
I believe that professional excellence is the direct reflection of personal character. My career is driven by a simple rule: character is what you do when no one is watching. I prioritize absolute integrity and transparent communication, ensuring that clients, partners, and teams can operate with complete trust in my word.
I have built my professional reputation on self-reliance, discipline, and accountability. Rather than waiting for optimal conditions or relying on others to pave the way, I use a relentless work ethic to drive results. When challenges arise, I replace excuses with execution, relying on operational grit to navigate through any storm and deliver on my commitments.
For me, business is ultimately about people. I anchor my leadership style in purpose, goodwill, and mutual respect, viewing my work as a platform to lift others up and foster a high-performing team culture.

Growing up in Metro Detroit, the odds were stacked against me. My mother was a single mom, but she was rarely present. When she wasn't at work, she was chasing the next potential "father figure" - a rotating door of men, none of whom ever fit the bill.
Left to my own devices, I spent my childhood roaming the streets, trying to figure out life entirely on my own. It was a lonely, aimless existence, and it would have been very easy to lose my way completely. But in the middle of that darkness, a light appeared.
I called her Grandma. She wasn't biologically related to me. She was simply a strong, independent woman who looked at a child floating through life without a single positive influence and decided to care. She didn't have to take an interest in me, but she did. And that choice changed the entire trajectory of my life.
Every single day, I watched her work. She never complained. She just stayed fiercely focused on her business and dedicated herself to making a positive impact on everyone around her. Through her actions, she showed me what life should and could look like.
Whenever I felt lost, she was there to give me advice and show me the way. Her "never quit" attitude was infectious, and her heart was genuinely beautiful, inside and out.
Grandma gave me direction when I had none. She looked past my messy circumstances, saw my true potential, and taught me the core values that define me today:
- Never depend on anyone else. True security comes from your own work ethic.

- Put your trust in faith and good works. Live a life of purpose and kindness.

You can break the cycle, take control of your own destiny, and create a beautiful, meaningful life.
