Her Story

About Ashley

Ashley Norfleet is a management professional representing Clearfield, Pennsylvania. With a career in management that began early in her professional life, she built her expertise through hands-on experience described as the school of hard knocks, supplemented by emerging talent and leadership classes. Norfleet previously worked as a General Manager at Panera Bread, where she received the Culture Champion Award for fostering positive workplace culture in a challenging environment. Her strengths lie in people management and demonstrating leadership skills she honed as a trainer and tutor, including during high school and while assisting with GED preparation. After leaving Panera Bread on good terms following a two-month notice period, she has spent the past six months self-employed, handling customer service and deliveries through Walmart while maintaining her focus on leadership opportunities and her aspiring young daughter Amara.
