What do you attribute your success to?
I'm incredibly honored to have been recognized as a "Hunger Hero" by HelloFresh and as the Most Proud Leader of the Quarter — both of which reflect the hard work and dedication I bring to every aspect of my role. I attribute my success to staying people-focused, staying adaptable, and leading with empathy. Participating in the ARISE program was truly transformative; it taught me the power of intentional leadership and how to turn everyday challenges into opportunities for growth, both for myself and my team. These recognitions mean a lot because they show that when you lead with purpose, real impact follows — inside the operation and out in the community.
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I’ve ever received was to stay steadfast, especially in male-dominated spaces. That advice has carried me through moments of doubt and challenge. It reminded me that my voice, leadership, and presence are valuable — even when I’m the only woman in the room. Staying strong, standing tall in who I am, and not shrinking in the face of adversity has shaped me into the leader I am today.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
The values that guide both my professional and personal life are curiosity, consistency, and connection. I love diving into complex problems—especially in computer science—and continuously learning fuels my drive at work. At home, being present and engaged with my 8-year-old son is everything to me, whether that’s cheering him on in his extracurriculars or just sharing small moments together. I also deeply value creativity and joy—whether it’s exploring new food, catching a live theater performance, or winding down with movies and music. These experiences keep me grounded and energized, and they remind me why balance and authenticity matter.
