Q

What do you attribute your success to?

I attribute my success to hard work and dedication—not only to my field but also to my customers and the amazing people I work with; having been in my current role for almost a year, I’m truly excited about what’s ahead.

Q

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The best career advice I’ve ever received is: You can and you will succeed as long as you work hard and never give up, no matter the challenges. I remember during COVID, when I helped test thousands of children in Arizona, keeping many diagnosed kids safely at home and helping to stop the spread in schools.

Q

What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?

My advice to young women entering this industry is that you can absolutely build a successful career while also having a fulfilling home life and family—finding the right balance is key to succeeding at both.

Q

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

One of the biggest challenges right now is balancing the demands of giving 100% to my career while being fully present and supportive for my two young daughters and husband, but it’s also an opportunity to grow in both areas and lead by example.

Q

What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?

The values most important to me are dedication, responsibility, and leading by example—both in my role at work and as a mom—because I want my daughters to see that success comes from hard work, especially as a woman balancing both career and family.
