							Ashley Robinson is a compassionate and dedicated professional currently working as a doula, where she provides emotional, physical, and educational support to women throughout pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. With a background rooted in family and human sciences, she brings a holistic understanding of care to her work—focusing on the well-being of both mother and baby. Ashley’s nurturing nature and calm presence have made her a trusted guide for expectant families navigating one of life’s most transformative experiences.
Before pursuing her path as a doula, Ashley built a strong foundation in human development and support services through her academic and volunteer work. She earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences from Eastern Illinois University and a Master’s Degree in Substance Abuse and Addiction Counseling from Governors State University. Over the years, she has also volunteered extensively with organizations such as the Special Olympics and Teen Reach Charleston, reflecting her lifelong commitment to helping others thrive.
Passionate about personal growth and community connection, Ashley believes deeply in the power of empathy, communication, and education. Her journey continues to be guided by her favorite mantra: “If you can’t stop thinking about it, don’t stop working for it.” Whether supporting new mothers, mentoring youth, or expanding her skills, Ashley remains steadfast in her mission to uplift and empower others through care, compassion, and understanding.
