My advice to young women entering this industry is to make your presence known and never be afraid to speak up. Your voice and perspective are valuable, and confidently sharing them can open doors and create meaningful impact.

What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?

In my field, there are always opportunities to grow and innovate. At the same time, one of the challenges I’ve encountered is being one of the youngest in the industry, which requires proving my credibility and earning trust while navigating complex environments.
