My advice to young women entering this industry is to make your presence known and never be afraid to speak up. Your voice and perspective are valuable, and confidently sharing them can open doors and create meaningful impact.
What are the biggest challenges or opportunities in your field right now?
In my field, there are always opportunities to grow and innovate. At the same time, one of the challenges I’ve encountered is being one of the youngest in the industry, which requires proving my credibility and earning trust while navigating complex environments.

The value I hold most important in both my work and personal life is effective communication. Being able to listen, share ideas clearly, and foster understanding is essential for building strong relationships and achieving meaningful outcomes.
