About Ashley
Ashley Snyder is a Senior Change Management Lead and the Founder of WayPoint AI. With more than 12 years of experience, she has worked extensively in HR systems, product building, and talent acquisition, which led her to specialize in change management. Currently, she leads change management strategy for Oracle and Workday implementations at a global company, collaborating across HR, finance, marketing, and other teams to design new processes and support organizational transitions. Ashley earned her undergraduate degree in public health from a Cal State school and her MBA from George Washington University. She is Agile certified and holds a CORO North America Women in Leadership certification. She belongs to CORO and Women in Product. Outside of her professional work, Ashley volunteers with dogs and animal organizations and supports ocean conservation initiatives.

01What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Change management is people-oriented and requires empathy. Research the field, identify your strengths, and understand how change affects people differently. In the face of AI, the core remains managing people and behavioral change.
