Her Story

About Ashley

I wanted to try something new after working in retail for so long. I decided to try something new and get a couple of different skills under my belt, so I decided to merge this way, and I actually really enjoy what I do. I actually love it. Currently, I work for a storage facility and have been with them for a little bit over three years. I'm going up for a position to become a district team lead. I'm still polishing up a few things so I can get that under my belt. I help train, help coaches, and help with being motivating to my district - motivating to the women in my district and my entire district. Being a little more transparent with the people that I work with and align myself with helps guide people in the right direction. I've been in management for over 12 years. Before this, I worked in retail for a long time, and I also worked a little bit in banking at a credit union. I was an office manager for a home health agency for quite some time, where I handled anything based on what I needed for safety, administering meds, and any specializations required by the company.
