Ashley Stricker

She is a dedicated talent acquisition and early talent strategist with a strong background in education and youth development, currently serving as Early Talent Strategist at Marvin, where she leads early talent recruitment and development initiatives. Prior to this role, she served as Senior Talent Acquisition at Marvin and as State Advisor for MASC, where she supported student leadership and engagement. She also served as an Educator at Warroad High School, bringing over a decade of experience in education and student development. She holds a Bachelor's degree in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Minot State University and an Associate's degree in Art Studies from Dawson Community College. She is recognized as a strategic, student-centered, and relationship-driven professional who combines deep talent acquisition expertise with a passion for education, mentorship, and workforce development.
