Her Story
About Ashley
I started in the ABA field about 10 years ago after helping my best friend with her child who was on the spectrum. I left corporate retail to become an RBT and worked my way up. I progressed into recruiting and management roles, and recently became Director of Intake for an ABA company in New Jersey, where I connect with families and ensure they get the support they need.
