About Ashley
Ashley Tomlinson, LCSW, is an accomplished psychotherapist, clinical coordinator, and school social worker with over a decade of experience supporting children, adolescents, and families. She is the owner of Ashley Tomlinson, LCSW, a private practice in Philadelphia where she provides individual teletherapy services to adults, adolescents, and children. She also serves as Clinical Coordinator for the STEP Program at The School District of Philadelphia, where she provides clinical supervision to master's-level staff, ensures Medicaid and Community Behavioral Health compliance, conducts assessments, supports individual and group therapy, and leads crisis response and professional development for school-based staff. Her earlier career includes serving as a School Social Worker at Mastery Charter Schools and as an Outpatient Psychotherapist in Resources for Human Development's school-based mental health program, where she provided individual, group, and family therapy to K-8 students. She also worked as a Clinical Research Coordinator at the University of Pennsylvania, supporting the Pediatric Genetic Sequencing Project. She holds a Master of Arts in Social Work from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Virginia Tech. Her career reflects a deep commitment to mental health, trauma-informed care, and supporting students and families in underserved communities.
