Ashley Trivino is a versatile professional and entrepreneur based in Fairfield, Connecticut, with a multifaceted career spanning creative design, fashion marketing, and business strategy. She holds a Bachelor of Science in E-Business alongside specialized training in fashion design and marketing, including coursework at L'Academia Internazionale D'Alta Moda e Arte di Costume Koefia in Italy. Her creative background includes serving as a freelance designer and owner of Ashley Nicole Designs, where she hand-crafted custom couture garments, worked as a personal stylist with J.Hilburn, and held management roles at Banana Republic. She also combined her passion for design with mentorship by teaching young children sewing and crocheting skills during the COVID period.
Building on her business foundation, Trivino expanded her focus into real estate investing as the founder of Ashley Nicole REI. Based in Fairfield County, her investment portfolio centers on residential properties, fix-and-flip projects, and short-term rental management. Her entrepreneurial background also encompasses client services and specialized project organization, including work as a Travel Advisor with Fora Travel and managing high-end interior assets as a rug sample librarian for Elizabeth Eakins.
Beyond her commercial ventures, Trivino is an author, advocate, and active community member. She authored the book Freedom Rising, Breaking the Chains of Abuse, and contributed a chapter to a collaborative publication through the Howard Moms Group. I attribute my success to an unwavering sense of perseverance, continuous hard work, and a determination to always strive for excellence in everything I do. My relentless eagerness to learn new skills—whether mastering intricate real estate strategies or finding creative expression through crocheting and spending time outdoors by the beach—keeps me adaptable and energized to make a meaningful difference in the lives of those I serve.
02What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
The best career advice I have ever received is that true success stems from a refusal to quit, recognizing that every obstacle we encounter is simply an opportunity to grow stronger. By keeping momentum, pushing forward through challenges, and focusing on making a positive impact each day, setbacks naturally transform into the stepping stones of long-term achievement.
03What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
My primary advice to young women stepping into this field is to cultivate absolute clarity of purpose, hold steadfast to your integrity, and embrace change as your greatest teacher. Learning how to pivot seamlessly when circumstances shift is essential, as flexibility and continuous learning are what ultimately empower you to navigate dynamic markets and thrive.

The most significant opportunity in my field today lies in building authentic, lasting networks that allow us to help clients seamlessly navigate complex real estate needs. By prioritizing meaningful relationships and tailored solutions, we can directly empower individuals and investors to scale their goals bigger, better, and far more efficiently.
05What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Integrity is the bedrock of both my professional and personal life, as it naturally encompasses honesty, accountability, and putting the well-being of others first. Shaped by my own journey of overcoming an abusive marriage, I hold a deep-seated commitment to justice, empathy, and advocacy—ensuring that everyone I interact with is treated with unconditional kindness and fairness.
