What advice would you give to young women entering your industry?
Embrace the uncomfortable. Work hard and seek a mentor who believes in you and has empathy. Always stay agile and open to change—because change is constant in technology and SaaS.
What values are most important to you in your work and personal life?
Trust, empathy, and kindness are at the core of my professional philosophy. I believe influence comes from authentic relationships rather than authority, and I carry that into both my work and personal life.
